I was born and raised in Switzerland. After a gap year abroad, I started my undergraduate studies in Biomedicine at the UZH in 2016. Upon completion of my bachelor's degree, I joined the Penengo Lab to conduct my Master thesis investigating the ISG15 system in DNA replication and genome stability. Now I am a PhD student and continue working on the same project in the lab. In my free time I enjoy watching movies, playing volleyball, going to concerts and learning languages.
